Terms of Service

Last updated 27 September 2026

These terms apply to the DentCloud dental clinic software provided by DentCloud Co., Ltd. ("we"). By signing up for or using the service, the clinic and its users accept these terms. The Thai version governs; this is a translation.

The service

DentCloud is cloud software for running a dental clinic, used in a web browser. The FREE plan has no expiry; paid plans add storage and add-on tools. Plan details and prices are as shown on the website at the time.

We may improve, add or change features. If a change significantly affects a plan the clinic has paid for, we will give notice in advance.

Accounts and security

  • The clinic is responsible for adding users, setting their permissions and removing people who leave.
  • Users must keep passwords secret and not share accounts. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
  • If you notice unauthorised access, tell us at once at admin@dentcloud.app.

Clinic and patient data

  • Data the clinic records belongs to the clinic. We do not sell it and use it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Notice.
  • The clinic is the controller of patient data and must have a legal basis or the patient's consent to collect and use it, including consent for marketing and before turning on integrations that send patient data elsewhere.
  • The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of what it records, such as treatments, prices and doctor fees.

Plans and payment

  • Fees are per branch, monthly or yearly, paid through 2C2P.
  • If a payment fails, the plan keeps working for 7 more days; after that the branch returns to the FREE plan.
  • On the FREE plan, existing data and files are not deleted, but you cannot add more where you are over a FREE limit, such as uploading beyond 1 GB of storage.
  • LINE push-message fees for the clinic's own LINE OA are charged to the clinic directly at LINE's rates.

Prohibited use

  • Using the service unlawfully, or recording other people's data without the right to do so.
  • Trying to access another clinic's data, breaking into the system or disrupting it.
  • Copying, modifying or reselling the system without permission.

AI features

Output from AI features, such as the chatbot, the AI assistant and image analysis, may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not medical advice and does not replace a dentist's diagnosis. Clinical decisions are the treating dentist's responsibility.

Third-party services

Services the clinic chooses to connect, such as LINE, AI providers and government or bank systems, are subject to their providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.

Availability

We work to keep the system available, but there may be maintenance windows or outages. We give notice in advance when we can. The FREE plan is provided as is.

Intellectual property

The DentCloud system, software, marks and content are ours. The clinic receives a right to use them under its current plan; no ownership is transferred.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost revenue or business opportunity, and our total liability does not exceed the fees the clinic paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Ending the service

  • The clinic may stop using the service at any time and ask for a copy of its data, or for its deletion, at admin@dentcloud.app.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, or when the law requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and show the date of the latest update above. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new terms.
